Turning complex technical challenges into practical, human-centered solutions.
Technical program leaderAccessibility engineering · AI and automation · Data visualization
I’m a technical program leader and former software engineer who enjoys connecting people, technology, and product development to solve meaningful problems.
My work spans accessibility engineering, AI-assisted automation, data visualization, and enterprise software. I build tools, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help teams turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
Accessibility has been a central focus of my career, shaping how I approach engineering and problem-solving: understanding real user needs, navigating technical constraints, and creating solutions that work at scale.

Selected work
Scaling accessibility through design and engineering
Coordinated accessibility improvements across eight product teams, connecting design systems, engineering workflows, automated testing, and program governance to help teams catch issues earlier in development.
Finding accessibility issues across a publisher's entire academic catalog
Designed and built scanners that checked all 700+ ebook titles and 27,000 PowerPoint files for accessibility issues, so fixes could be planned across the backlist instead of waiting for reports.
Making interactive data visualization accessible
Developed D3.js prototypes exploring how interactive organizational charts can support keyboard navigation and screen reader interaction, making complex visual information more accessible.
